1. Platform Overview

MobileNumber.ae is a free online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of UAE mobile numbers from all major providers including Etisalat, du, Virgin Mobile, and DOMC. We act solely as a facilitator, providing a platform for users to list and discover mobile numbers. We do not own, sell, or broker any mobile numbers ourselves.

Our platform enables direct communication between parties, with no intermediaries or commission fees. All transactions and number transfers are conducted independently between buyers and sellers.

2. User Responsibility

All negotiations, agreements, payments, and mobile number transfers are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. We strongly advise users to:

• Verify the ownership and authenticity of any mobile number before proceeding with a transaction
• Conduct all transactions through secure payment methods
• Complete number transfers through your mobile provider's official channels (Etisalat, du, Virgin Mobile, or DOMC)
• Draft individual, legally binding contracts when buying or selling mobile numbers if desired
• Meet in person or use secure communication channels for high-value transactions
• Ensure compliance with your mobile provider's number transfer policies and procedures

3. No Liability

By using MobileNumber.ae, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, validity, legitimacy, or availability of any listings or user information
• We are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, fraud, scam, failed transactions, or any other issues arising from transactions made through our platform
• Any disputes, claims, or issues arising from transactions must be resolved directly between the involved parties without involving MobileNumber.ae
• We are not liable for any downtime, technical issues, interruptions, or other failures of the platform that may affect your use of our services
• We do not verify the ownership of listed mobile numbers or the identity of users
• Mobile number transfer processes are governed by the respective telecom providers (Etisalat, du, Virgin Mobile, DOMC), and we have no control over or responsibility for these processes
• We are not responsible for any contractual obligations, payment disputes, or postpaid plan commitments associated with mobile numbers

4. Public Listings and Data

When you create a listing or share any information on MobileNumber.ae, you agree that:

• Your listing information (mobile number, price, contact details, plan information) will be publicly visible to all users and may be accessed by third parties
• You acknowledge and accept that your data will be made public and that MobileNumber.ae is not responsible for how your information is used by other users
• You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all information you provide in your listings
• You grant MobileNumber.ae a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your listing information on our platform

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the platform in a lawful manner and not to:

• Post misleading, fraudulent, or illegal listings or information
• List mobile numbers you do not own or have authorization to sell
• Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users
• Attempt to circumvent or manipulate our platform's features or security measures
• Use automated systems or scripts to scrape data from our platform
• List mobile numbers with inflated or deceptive pricing
• Impersonate another person or entity

We reserve the right to remove any listings, content, or user accounts that violate our Terms or applicable laws without prior notice.

6. Mobile Number Transfers

All mobile number transfers must be completed through the official channels of the respective telecom provider:

• Etisalat (e& UAE) - Follow Etisalat's official number transfer procedures
• du - Follow du's official number transfer procedures
• Virgin Mobile UAE - Follow Virgin Mobile's official number transfer procedures
• DOMC - Follow DOMC's official number transfer procedures

MobileNumber.ae is not affiliated with any telecom provider and has no control over transfer processes, fees, or requirements. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with their provider's transfer policies.

7. Pricing and Payments

MobileNumber.ae is a completely free platform. We do not charge any listing fees, commission fees, or transaction fees. All payments are made directly between buyers and sellers. We are not involved in any payment processing and are not responsible for:

• Payment disputes between buyers and sellers
• Failed or fraudulent payment transactions
• Pricing accuracy or fairness of listings
• Additional costs associated with mobile number transfers imposed by telecom providers

8. Intellectual Property

All content on MobileNumber.ae, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MobileNumber.ae or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MobileNumber.ae at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions
• Is harmful to other users or the platform
• Exposes us or other users to legal liability
• Involves fraudulent or illegal activity

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of MobileNumber.ae after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of MobileNumber.ae shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
